Terms and conditions of membership


1. General


As a Dermatology Student Club member you will automatically receive membership to Student Club and accordingly you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this website. By becoming a member of Dermatology Student Club you acknowledge that the Terms and Conditions may be modified or terminated at any time. Any changes will appear on the website at www.dermclub.org

It is your responsibility to refer to the Terms and Conditions prior to joining the Dermatology Student Club and assessing the Club Membership benefits. We will endeavor to email updated terms to you as and when they are updated. Unless you notify us to the contrary, you will be deemed to have accepted any change to these Terms and Conditions if you continue to access Dermatology Student Club website after that change has been posted.

Dermatology Student Club is a club sponsored by Saudi Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery (SSDDS). By joining Dermatology Student Club you do not become a member of (SSDDS) and do not hold any superannuation interest or any other right in relation to (SSDDS). Further information on (SSDDS) is available at www.ssdds.org

2. Membership application


When you apply for membership, you must provide us with accurate and complete information (including but not limited to name, email address) and advise us of any changes by contacting us. Dermatology Student Club will use this information to activate your Club Membership and issue you a Club Member Card and e-mail it to you. Each application must be for single Club Membership only. Your membership of Dermatology Student Club and the right to use the website and any benefits of Dermatology Student Club are personal to you and you must not authorize others to use the website or use your membership. It is a condition of membership of Dermatology Student Club that you ensure that your membership details are kept up to date. Dermatology Student Club may refuse any application for Student Club membership.

3. Fees & eligibility


If you are currently studying Medicine in Saudi Arabia, you are able to join Dermatology Student Club. There is 100 SR annual fee charge for Club Membership to individual members. Club Membership is valid as long as you pay the annual 100 SR fee charge.

4. Expiration and cancellation


Your membership will expire one year from the the date of joining as indicated on your Club membership card. Dermatology Student Club also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership without notice and without liability.

5. E-mail policy and communication preferences


Members may receive Dermatology Student Club e-mails which provide updates on special offers, site upgrades, new features, events, and promotions, variations of these terms or our policies and more. We may also use contact information from the application form to verify your status with your education institute. You have the option to e-mail us to opt out from receiving these e-mails using the link at the bottom of any e-mail you may receive.

6: Changes to offers


Offers made available through the Dermatology Student Club may change from time to time. Dermatology Student Club reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the offers at any time. Dermatology Student Club will make commercially reasonable efforts to make appropriate updates to the website to reflect offer changes. Dermatology Student Club undertakes no obligation to provide a replacement or substitute offer for any offer that is discontinued.

Where the website contains links to other websites, we are not responsible for any content or information and make no endorsement of the suitability of the products offered and the accuracy of the information or content.
